8th Grade History covers a large portion of American history starting with the Civil War and ending in the Cold War Period. This year students will learn about the expansion of America and the relationship between our country and other nations. Along with this, students will gain insight into economics, the formation and changes in political parties, and an understanding of how the events of the early twentieth century help to shape our world today.
